How will my items be delivered?
The majority of our products are delivered flat pack, with a full instructions manual, ready for assembly. All specifics, images, and other product information such as assembled sizes and weights may be subject to change at any time. However, our intention is to keep all information on our website as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
How long will my item take to be delivered?
We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days, if the item is in stock. Tracking details will be sent once your items are dispatched.
The Little Green Door Ltd. endeavours to keep to expected delivery times. Should we be unable to deliver within the set date, we will naturally inform you the customer.
I do not live on the UK mainland. How do I find out shipping costs for your products?
Our prices include free delivery for most UK mainland areas but for some remote area postcodes an additional surcharge will apply. Please contact us for more information at info@thelittlegreendoor.com and see our delivery page for more details.
What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
Orders where delivery cannot be completed, where a delivery has been attempted 3 times by the carrier, will be returned to us. As the carriage has been attempted the carriage cost (delivery & return) as well as handling charges may be charged to you and will be deducted from your refund.
All deliveries are sent with a request for a signature and will not be left without proof of delivery being completed. If you choose to overrule this instruction, we will not be held responsible for goods that are lost or stolen, and no refund will be given.
Can my delivery driver carry my items to my room of choice?
Please note our carrier is not able to carry your furniture into your room of choice. They will deliver to your door step only.
How do I arrange for missing or faulty parts to be replaced?
Our policy is to supply a free-of-charge parts requests as part of our commitment to prolonging product life.

Estimated delivery time for smaller spare parts held at our UK warehouse will get sent to you the same day or the coming working day. For larger spare parts shipping may take approximately 14 days. Parts that need to be manufactured can take up to 30 days.
How long is the warranty on your products?
The Little Green Door Ltd. provides a full year's warranty on all products. If there is something wrong with your item within 12 Months of purchase, please contact our customer service at info@thelittlegreendoor.com
Describe the damage and, if possible, supply photos showing the damage.
Your claim will then be promptly considered, and replacement parts will be sent. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections on real wood products. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
My assembly instructions are missing from my parcel. How do I get a spare copy?
Please either contact us at info@thelittlegreendoor.com and we shall send you a copy or you can also find them on each product listing on our website.
What should I do if I change my mind once my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we cannot cancel it. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return purchased items.
For all unwanted items we offer a 30 day return period. This method of return will be at your own cost. All items must be unassembled and in the condition they were received including their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for more details at info@thelittlegreendoor.com
Once received and checked your refund will then be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in the condition in which they were received.
What do I do if my item arrives faulty?
Upon the arrival of your delivery, please examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact us at info@thelittlegreendoor.com within 3 days, providing your order number, and if possible, photos showing the damage.
Additionally, in the unlikely event of your items being damaged or faulty, once opened, please notify us within 3 days of receipt at info@thelittlegreendoor.com . We will immediately start working to resolve the issue and keep you informed. We shall arrange collection and send out a replacement (subject to availability) or arrange a refund. No additional costs will be incurred by you. Please allow 48 hours for the collection to be processed and a further 14 days for the refund, if applicable, to be completed.
