Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return purchased items.

For all unwanted items we offer a 30 day return period. This method of return will be at your own cost. All items must be in the condition they were received including their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for more details at info@thelittlegreendoor.com

Once received and checked your refund will then be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in the condition in which they were received.

Upon the arrival of your delivery, please examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. Please contact us at info@thelittlegreendoor.com within 3 days, providing your order number, and if possible, photos showing the damage. Additionally, in the unlikely event of your items being damaged or faulty, once opened, please notify us within 3 days of receipt at info@thelittlegreendoor.com . We will immediately start working to resolve the issue and keep you informed. We shall arrange collection and send out a replacement (subject to availability) or arrange a refund. No additional costs will be incurred by you. Please allow 48 hours for the collection to be processed and a further 14 days for the refund, if applicable, to be completed.
