We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days, if the item is in stock. Tracking details will be sent once your items are dispatched.

Please note for all made to order/hand made items, for example our lampshades, please allow 14 working days for delivery.

The Little Green Door Ltd. endeavours to keep to expected delivery times. Should we be unable to deliver within the set date, we will naturally inform you the customer.

Orders where delivery cannot be completed, where a delivery has been attempted 3 times by the carrier, will be returned to us. As the carriage has been attempted the carriage cost (delivery & return) as well as handling charges may be charged to you.

All deliveries are sent tracked.

Upon the arrival of your delivery, please examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. Please contact us at info@thelittlegreendoor.com within 3 days, providing your order number, and if possible, photos showing the damage. We will immediately start working to resolve your issue and keep you informed. The carrier will return the item to us, and we will send out a replacement. No additional costs will be incurred by you.
